This style of bodywork is traditionally performed in silence to allow your mind and body to completely let go. Pressure and tempo are adjusted to accommodate your unique constitution (dosha) in Ayurvedic philosophy.

Vishesh – Ayurvedic Bodywork

Similar to Abhyanga, Vishesh is a choreographed massage using warm oil, but with firm pressure and a faster, energizing tempo to encourage the release of toxins and eliminate stagnation on all levels of your being.
